Who is W. J. J. Hoge?
In the mid '70, John began working as a design engineer doing product development on consumer audio, professional sound, and musical instrument products. He also has experience designing RF and power systems for aerospace applications. Over the years his employers and clients have included:

He has specialized in helping companies get products to market sooner than on time, for less than the budget, and with higher than expected gross margins.
John was the founding Chairman of the the Nashville Section of the Audio Engineering Society and is a former member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of the Audio Engineering Society. He is the author of numerous articles, papers, and convention presentations on subjects ranging from loudspeaker analysis and synthesis to phonograph disk mastering to automatic control systems to architectural acoustics. He holds a patent related to active noise canceling headphones.
He is a ham radio operator and holds an Amateur Extra Class license. He is active in Scouting and serves as the Advisor of Venture Crew 173 which specializes in ham radio and computers. John also founded the Multimedia Ministry at Westminster Church of Christ.
Most important, John is married to the lovely and talented Connie and is the proud father of a son William IV.
